- Willingness to take constructive criticism, overall feedback and direction to increase sales and your income

- Native speaker / fluent in English, other languages are a benefit

- Experience in a B2B Sales/Consulting role 

 

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced sales & business development role where you will work with a team of sales professionals. There is a clear focus on outcomes — leading to transferable skill development in leadership, communication, negotiation, client relationship building, psychology and more. As a growing startup, our roles are always evolving and you will get to experience a steep learning curve.

- Serve as a true partner to leaders by anticipating and executing tactical as well as strategic issues, leveraging their time and productivity

- Manage the Sales aka "Growth Consultant" (GC) team (Leading, Managing, Accountability - LMA)

- Ensure weekly and monthly activity & sales targets are met and we have a steady pipeline of qualified leads

- Build a high-performance sales team that they can independently sell & onboard new clients

- Training & coaching GCs individually so that we generate new business opportunities 

- Attend initial sales call and/or follow-up meetings with prospects and help close the deal

- Provide constructive feedback, recommendations & suggest improvement for better results

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cold prospecting methods, new trends and tools

- Share best practices on email copywriting, cold calling and objection handling

- Host weekly workshops with GCs and practice hands-on roleplays

- Establish and improve the ATLAS sales process and systems to ensure greater sales results.

- Attend weekly Sales meetings and daily huddles to sync with other team members
