The Role
We're hiring an Outbound Sales Rep (Growth Track) to own client delivery quality and performance — translating strategy into execution, coaching juniors, and driving consistent qualified meetings that convert into pipeline. You'll handle multiple clients, QA meetings, manage expectations with CSMs, identify risks early, and contribute to playbook improvements. Performance-driven with real ownership.
What You’ll Do
Own delivery outcomes for assigned clients — execute and optimize outbound campaigns.
Translate ICP, signals, messaging into clear execution briefs for juniors.
QA meetings — check quality, relevance, conversion signals.
Coach Junior GCs on qualification, objection handling, prioritization.
Manage client expectations alongside CSMs — provide context, no excuses.
Identify performance risks early and act fast (process, quality, capacity).
30/60/90 Outcomes
Day 30 – Own 3–5 clients; coach 1–2 juniors; first QA improvements shipped.
Day 60 – Consistent pipeline delivery; junior improvement visible; risks surfaced early.
Day 90 – High conversion rates; clients confident; team standards elevated.
You Are
Proven outbound executor — consistent meetings, low no-shows.
Coach & mentor — patient, clear feedback for juniors.
Strategic translator — turn high-level strategy into actionable briefs.
Risk-spotter — proactive, no surprises.
Results-driven — outcomes > hours.
Fluent English; German is a big plus; other languages welcome.
