The Role

We're hiring a Junior Outbound Sales & Growth Hacker (SDR/BDR) to execute outbound campaigns and consistently book qualified meetings that build real pipeline for our clients. This is a performance-driven role: follow strict ICP, messaging, and qualification rules; run daily activity (email, LinkedIn, calls where relevant); keep SalesOS spotless; and reduce no-shows with clear prospect expectations. No freelancing — stick to the playbook and deliver outcomes. Fast-track potential to Outbound Sales Rep (Growth Track) based on results.

What You’ll Do

  • Run daily outbound across assigned clients — email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, calls (as needed).

  • Strictly follow agreed ICP, messaging, qualification criteria — book only meetings that meet ATLAS standards.

  • Maintain perfect SalesOS hygiene — log every interaction, notes, dispositions, meetings.

  • Reduce no-shows — set clear expectations in outreach and confirmations.

  • Flag low-quality leads, recurring objections, market patterns — create feedback loop to Snr GC.

  • Experiment with async video, GIFs, memes (growth hacking) within playbook guidelines.

30/60/90 Outcomes

Day 30 – Hit daily activity targets; book first 5–10 qualified meetings; SalesOS 100% up-to-date.

Day 60 – Consistent qualified meetings weekly; no-show rate <15%; clean feedback notes submitted.

Day 90 – Meet/exceed monthly pipeline targets; zero SalesOS gaps; proven feedback loop contributing to campaign tweaks.

You Are

  • Engaging communicator — build quick rapport, confident on calls/LinkedIn.

  • Results-obsessed — mindset of outcomes > hours; motivated by performance upside.

  • Detail-oriented & organized — keep CRM perfect, follow rules precisely.

  • Coachable — open to feedback, criticism, and rapid skill-building.

  • Fluent English; German is a big plus; other languages welcome.

  • No prior experience required — we hire for attitude/mindset and teach the rest.
