Now we’re looking for a Senior Client Success Manager (Team Lead) to help us scale our CS function from the ground up—someone who’s ready to take full ownership, build processes, and eventually grow a team.
This role is for a builder. Not just a relationship manager—but someone who can optimize delivery, own outcomes, and act as a strategic operator between clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Own Client Success End-to-End:
- Onboard new clients and lead strategic kickoff workshops (ICP, messaging, GTM planning)
- Run monthly strategy calls and reviews—synthesize campaign performance and offer clear, honest recommendations
- Build long-term trust through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and tangible results
Act as a Strategic Partner:
- Work cross-functionally with SDRs, Growth Consultants, Copywriters, and Founders
- Connect the dots between client strategy and campaign execution
- Be candid with clients—challenge assumptions, ask tough questions, and bring clarity
Build and Scale the CS Function:
- Create playbooks, workflows, and SOPs that make onboarding, reporting, and retention seamless
Implement scalable systems using automation tools and integrations
- Lay the foundation to eventually hire, coach, and lead a growing CSM team
Drive Internal Ops and Retention:
- Gather feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure our delivery stays high-performing as we scale
- Own client retention metrics and drive upsells in collaboration with the sales team
- Conduct experience check-ins and request testimonials, case studies, or referrals where appropriate
Who You Are
You're not here to "manage accounts." You're here to build.
- You've worked in client-facing roles (Client Success, Account Manager, Strategy Consultant)
- You’re familiar with B2B lead generation, outbound campaigns, and customer-facing ops
- You can speak with confidence to founders, CMOs, GTM leads, and help guide their strategy
- You’re process-minded—you think in playbooks, SOPs, and scalable systems
- You don’t wait to be told what’s broken—you identify it, fix it, and document the solution
- You’re not afraid to push back when it’s in the best interest of the client or team
- You’re fluent in English (German a strong bonus)
