Cascade Maids is a local cleaning company that has rush of new clients going into this summer and we need a few subcontracted solo cleaners and cleaning teams to help us out.

This is for residential cleaning. We pay flat rate per cleaning. On average independent cleaning professionals working with our agency earn $25-$32 or more +tips per cleaning hour. This is not a position of employment.

**Pay for Initial/Deep Cleanings**

*4 Bed 2 Bath - $188

Additional services clients can add to their cleaning. These increase your pay anytime a client requests the service: • Inside fridge
• Inside Oven
• Inside Cabinets (Must be emptied)
• Inside windows
• Pets in home
• Move in/move out service (home must be vacant. Includes: Inside fridge, inside oven and inside cabinets

Requirements:
• 3+ Years of paid residential cleaning experience
• Currently cleaning as a profession
• Your own quality supplies & equipment
• Reliable car & smartphone with internet
• Speak fluent English & are a great communicator
• Pass a federal, state and county wide background check
• Positive & professional attitude
• Love to overly impress and satisfy clients
• You have or are willing to get Cleaning Insurance ($30-$75/Month)
