Job Responsibilities for CSA (Customer service Associate) will be :-
After login with Alloted Credentials CSA will Get Custom Call request and need to receve & connect with customers
Handle and manage Costumer calls and provide information with satisfaction
Skills Required for CSA (Customer service Associate) profile :-
Minimum 12th pass,
Having Minimum 6 month Telecalling Experience
Basic Computer Knowledge,
Telecalling and Costumer handling Skills,
Able to understand problms & can Explain solutions/ Information
