Our client a diversified digital asset management firm with over $550 million AUM is seeking a Junior Client Services professional to join their team in order to help service the company’s rapidly growing client base. This is a great opportunity for someone with the desire to assist clients and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial environment while gaining exposure to the business.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate the account opening process and assist clients with required documentation
• Perform account maintenance tasks including but not limited to; additional contributions, fund disbursements, and name/address updates
• Process subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and, account changes
• Create ad-hoc internal reports for sales and marketing departments
• Communicate with clients regarding inquiries on account documents, monthly statements, online access, and account inquiries
• Interact between sales and fund admin to resolve client questions and issues
• Assist in building out and maintaining the company CRM
• Assist with daily administrative tasks including answering phones, typing correspondence, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 1-2 years of client service/support or related experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
