RM (Relationship Manager)
Have to fix an appointment and sell insurance to the Client / Customer through call and meet (Life and HealthInsurance).
Job Purpose
To fix the appointments with prospective customers and also ensure that they are met by the team/employee for the sales.
Main Priorities:
- Achieve sales target.
- Service leads provided through different sources.
- Prospect clients.
- Ensure quality/persistence of business.
- Generate leads through references/activities.
Responsibilities:
- To fix up appointments with prospective customers and meet them for sales.
- Should have good acumen for Sales.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be mobile to travel within city limits.
- Should know the geographic spread of the location.
- Good in Customer Handling.
- Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
- Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
- Support inquiries through the website chat channel.
- Call and follow up the enquiries through the phone.
- Guide and coach participants with dedicated customer success processes.
- Maintain high levels of participant engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
- Identify common client challenges and actively counsel highersolutions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing customer success through chat and calls.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and
adoption.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Consistent chronicle of highly-professional client service during quick paced, dynamic surroundings
- Should have Bike and laptop
