Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Work with copywriters and account managers to produce the final designs
- Test graphics across various media
- Work with other graphic designers in the department for success
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Skills Required:
- At least 3 years of experience working at a design agency or any organization requiring visual designs
- At least 3 years of experience handling the above responsibilities stayed above for different top-tier brands
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Swift and reliable
- Top Notch Creative skills
- Ability to handle deliverables and meet deadlines without being supervised.
