Job Description

Job Brief:  

Brave Achievers Foundation is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to join its Project team. This role will report to the Executive Administrator. This role is 100% remote. 


  • Coordinate Brave Achievers’ Campus Ambassador Program and incubator projects 

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary 

  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information 

  • Monitor projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track 

  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored 

  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails 

  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives 

  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures 


  • Must be a university graduate. 

  • Must be available to work full-time. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. 

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Working knowledge of content management systems. 

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. 

  • Effective communication skills.s
