Job Brief:
Are you a talented and versatile Game Developer who excels in both low-code game development and traditional coding? Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the game design team to conceptualize and develop game mechanics, features, and overall gameplay experience using a combination of low-code game development tools, including GameSalad, and traditional coding.
• Utilize low-code platforms, such as GameSalad, Buildbox, GameMaker Studio, Construct, as well as traditional coding languages (C++, C#, Python, etc.), to build and customize game elements, interfaces, and functionalities.
• Implement game assets, including 3D models, textures, animations, and audio, ensuring seamless integration within both low-code and traditional coding environments.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to deliver high-quality, performant, and bug-free games.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in low-code game development tools, traditional coding languages, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful integration of game assets and features across different development approaches.
• Actively participate in design discussions, providing technical expertise, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the game development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in game development, showcasing your work using a combination of low-code game development tools, including GameSalad, and traditional coding languages.
• Proficiency in popular low-code platforms for game development, such as GameSalad, Buildbox, GameMaker Studio, Construct, as well as strong programming skills in traditional languages (C++, C#, Python, etc.).
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, physics, and AI algorithms.
• Familiarity with asset creation and optimization for both low-code platforms and traditional coding environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for gaming and a good understanding of current industry trends.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with mobile game development using low-code platforms (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of game monetization strategies and in-app purchases within both low-code and traditional coding environments.
• Familiarity with additional low-code platforms or visual scripting languages.
• Proficiency in other programming languages or frameworks (JavaScript, Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN) and agile development methodologies.
