Job Brief:
We are seeking project managers with design experience to join our team. You will motivate and work closely with other team members to ensure projects align with set goals, standards and delivered within the set time. You should be willing to start immediately if contacted. We are happy to consider a product designer seeking an opportunity in project management.
 

Responsibilities:

• Create project documentation which clearly defines project details and timelines. 

• Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project 

• Maintain status report of the project and also keep a record of the previous reports 

• Help in the development and implementation of agile projects 

• Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work. 

• You will be responsible for self management and working in teams to execute on customer delivery 

• You will be responsible for scoping design requirements 
   

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of product design. 

• Sound Agile Project Management skills and ability to learn where needed. 

• Understanding the Customer needs.

• Project management, Scrum and Agile methodologies. 

• Planning and Strategy. 

• Sound communication skills 

• Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Azure/JIRA 

• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong work ethic and personal accountability, attention to detail, and good time management. 

• Good understanding of remote work tools.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher is "good-to-have" but your skill level is more important and preferred
• 1 - 3 years experience in agile project management or product design, UX UI or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure or JIRA
