Job Brief:
We are looking for a Software Engineer (fullstack, systems and DevOps) to join our high-tech startup. Besides being an amazing team player and motivator, you are an excellent software engineer and have demonstrable experience in being a part of a team that builds out mission critical, scalable, bullet-proof software from scratch.
You stay up to date on the latest technology trends, and are able to evaluate the feasibility of new technologies for the problem you are trying to solve.
You have experience in running and maintaining a large scale web application, and have a good understanding of agile product development processes and what it takes to bring a product from idea into the hands of customers.
You are good at breaking down problems and prioritizing the development effort, and have an understanding of the tradeoffs in developing a quality application while supporting the needs of a fast growing business.
You are looking for an opportunity to grow with a startup and help define and shape the engineering team and the technology it depends on.
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in core web, mobile and systems engineering, including:

Proficiency in modern web libraries and frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js or Angular.

Proficiency in modern software architectures such as microservices, component-based development, reactive and functional programming.

Experience with mobile development using React Native, Flutter, Swift or Kotlin.

Proficiency in software engineering principles such as test-driven development, refactoring, continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Proficiency in software development tools such as Git, VS Code, compilers, CLIs, Unix shells, etc.

Familiarity with Cloud Native Computing, including Docker and Kubernetes

Our COO, previously founded and scaled Pakistan's largest technology driven, e-commerce logistics business, scaled to over 1200 employees across the country.
