Position Summary

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for their team. As an SDR you will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. You will also implement scrapping tools and social media data gathering tools to lead generate and pre-qualify potential leads into our CRM (HubSpot). This is a starting position that allows you to determine your own future. We are an exploding department in need of more leaders to help us reach our goals. You will be in close contact with our CEO Oswaldo as well as with your sales team. You will need to be a competitive, proactive, analytical, resourceful, and driven individual to succeed in this role.

Performance Objectives

  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects.

  • Initial point of contact to qualify prospects

  • Generated appointments.

  • Punctual, timely, and engaging in all scheduled meetings and events.

  • May be responsible for confirming appointments set for closers.

  • Record all sales calls, emails, and SMS.

  • Maintain accurate reporting of all prospect interactions through company CRM.

  • Adhere to any and all company Standard operating processes (SOP).

  • All communication is professional and represents the brand well.

  • Ability to work from a Home office with full self-accountability and management.

  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

  • Be in close communication with the sales department and our CEO.

  • Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential clients.

  • Communicate with leads using company-allocated recorded communication channels (Loom videos, Zoom meetings, company email, company phone line calls, and texting).

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry and the interests of the real estate professionals.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with past leads and potential clients to facilitate sales.

  • Find potential clients through networking, CRM database, and company social platforms.

  • Use data to help clients understand how our products and services can help them achieve their goals.

  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed.

  • Maintain accurate reporting of all prospect interactions through company CRM.

  11. Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods

  12. Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address clients’ needs and concerns

  13. Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner

  14. Past usage of scrapping mechanisms or data gathering tools

Education And Experience

  1. Sales experience (Preferred)

  2. Data scrapping or gathering experience (Preferred)

  3. In-depth knowledge or passion of the luxury real estate industry, real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals of the real estate industry. (Preferred)
