KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
As the Marketing & Branding Manager you will play a key role in our team, driving qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels (facebook, Google, CRM) through strategy, day to day implementation of campaigns. With full ownership of managing PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO, CRM and Affiliates, you will plan, analyse performance and look at ways to improve warm leads to our website and their conversion but also to increase the LTV of our current customers.
Marketing automation and marketing channel integration
Marketing funnel building and management
Email marketing
Marketing database scraping and database acquisitions
Create and implement an acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels primarily across PPC, Paid Social, CRM, SEM/ SEO with coordination of marketing channels such as influencers Affiliates and PR.
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels (paid ads owned media and earned media, SEO, Affiliates/Partnership) and CRM to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
Drive volume though focusing on the top funnel and ensuring that our website pages are built with conversion in mind to improve the bottom funnel. You will work closely with the growth team and UX/UI team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
You will work closely with the management team and sales team to optimise sales conversion rates
Define and implement CRM strategy to retarget your leads with our tech team: Using lead-nurturing workflow tools and CRM HubSpot or alternative CRM softwares to generate leads and convert those leads into customers. Increase the lifetime value of our current customers
Constantly reviewing and understanding our customer needs, motivations and purchase behaviors and reporting back to the digital team.
You will collaborate with the marketing manager/ product teams to ensure data/trends are being used to make informed decisions to scale growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
You have a minimum 4 years of prior experience in digital marketing in B2B (priority) and B2C products/services as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
Experience in marketing automation
Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Facebook and Google Analytics.
You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
You are open-minded, curious and a problem solver. Ideal if you have start-up experience.
Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels
Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
Analytical approach with a strong ability for analyzing data and visitor statistics
Google AdWords and Analytics certified a plus
Experience of using CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
Mandarin Chinese fluency (reading, writing, speaking) will be an advantage
Experience in managing Chinese digital marketing presence such as wechat etc will be an advantage
