👋 As a Jr. Sourcer / Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and engaging top talent for our clients. The primary focus of this role will be to search for potential candidates on LinkedIn, but you may also assist with phone screens.

👨‍💼 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted searches for potential candidates on LinkedIn 🔍
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles 🌟
  • Screen and qualify candidates through phone screens and initial interviews 📞
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles 👥
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the ATS 📝
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through ongoing communication and engagement 💬
  • Assist with various recruiting projects and initiatives as needed 🤝

🎯 Requirements:

  • German language skills - a must 🇩🇪
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing with a focus on LinkedIn 💼
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 💬
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities ⏰
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 💪
