Job Brief:
As a Customer Service Representative at Block Dojo, you'll provide exceptional support to our startup companies, ensuring their success in our 12-week program. You'll work closely with our Executive Chairman and Head of Design to bring creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to startup companies (at least 12 hours/cohort/company)
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Educate and empower clients to prevent future issues
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective communication and issue resolution
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay:
- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Expected hours: no less than 40 per week
- Location: Remote
