Job Brief:
This is a full-time role for a Telecaller at Bingage IT Labs Pvt Ltd – a 9-year-old established Software Company in Indore.
You will be responsible for making cold calls and nurturing relationships with clients, as well as assisting the sales and marketing team in reaching out to potential customers via telephone calls.

Bingage provides software products for the Retail and Restaurant industry. Our popular product is a CRM & loyalty platform that helps restaurants and retailers increase retention and automate personalized experiences through multi-channel campaigns, loyalty programs, feedback, marketing automation, and analytics.
We are a 9-year-old Pvt Ltd company, Our Founding team consists of people with very strong past entrepreneurial backgrounds in the Software and F&B space.
Job Location - Indore
Office Timing: 10:00 AM-7 PM
Responsibilities:
The Candidate will be responsible for making cold calls and nurturing relationships with clients, answering inquiries, and booking appointments. The Candidate is also responsible for engaging with clients and redirecting queries to relevant departments.
1. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing questions.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their queries, providing information, and building rapport.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and relevant information in the database.
5. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
6. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights during conversations to contribute to the improvement of products/services and overall customer satisfaction.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and contribute to achieving team goals.
9. Meeting Targets: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the supervisor or team leader.
