We seek a highly motivated Customer Support Executive at Bingage
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Engagement:
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and insights.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Help develop customer success stories and testimonials.

Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients via email and phone to establish relationships.
- Assist in preparing and delivering product pitches.
- Participate in sales meetings and help track sales performance.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
