Responsibilities:

• The Web Developer will be responsible for building the presentation layer for a web application. And, you will be responsible for oversight of specific development and their delivery.
• Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities, and get it done in time. Also should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
• Should involve in the coding activities besides the team management role and keep track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
• Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software/frameworks/ languages/ technology with ease.
• Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work. 

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in Core PHP and familiarity with XHTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, APIs and mod-rewriting.
• The primary focus will be on front-end technologies; Hands-On Experience in React Js would be mandatory, however, the ability to work on back-end components like content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress would be an added advantage.
• Insight into proper setup and configuration of the webserver
• Experience with online payment gateways, Affiliate management systems, Payment Gateway: Paypal, Authorize.net, Google Checkout, CCAVANUE would be nice to have.
• Experience in optimizing MySQL/SQL/NoSQL Queries and databases to improve performance.
• Should have very good communication skills to explain technical concepts to Project Managers, Clients, and other audiences of all technical levels in a team environment.
• Experience working in Agile Methodology
