Adding postage to outgoing mail
Scanning documents and attaching documents to client files with accuracy
Calling doctors offices to obtain records
Gathering documents from client files
Maintaining a tidy office environment
Receiving, date stamping and distributing mail
Qualifications:
Strong PC skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
• Strong problem-solving abilities
