Job Brief: The ideal candidate will work with leading scientists and experts in quantum technology. This role involves working closely with quantum, software, and mechanical engineers, you will design and build devices for our full-stack product, the quantum computer for the customers.
Responsibilities:
System integration: Integrate and optimize your modules into the overall system.
Project rotation: Take over new projects after successful integration.
Collaboration: Collaborate with quantum engineering, mechanical engineering, and software engineering teams on development and implementation.
Continuous learning: Stay up to date with the latest physics advances of our platform to improve system performance.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in professional electronics development.
BSc in Electrical Engineering or higher.
EDA experience (Preferably KiCad)
Simulation in LTSpice.
Confident handling of manual PCB assembly and prototyping.
Firmware programming in C/C++ (preferably on ARM-based ST controllers)
Additional Knowledge:
Analogue Electronics – Low noise / low distortion amplifiers, Feedback control, Loop Filters, Mixer, RF amplifier, Voltage references, high precision designs.
Digital Electronics – Precision / high-speed ADC/DAC, Clock designs with low phase noise, Digital Feedback Control (Microcontroller / FPGA), Low-noise mixed-signal design, Digital isolation.
Power Electronics – High current switch, H-bridges with MOSFET/SiC/IGBT, Switch-mode power supplies, Linear power supplies.
