Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day to Day kitchen operations
  • Manage Staff
  • Cordiante with Executive Chef
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the Kitchen
  • Schedule kitchen staff
  • Weekly food orders
  • Maintain food costs, budgets, PARs

Skills Required:

  • Culinary school certification or degree in Restaurant Managemen prefered
  • Hands-on experience
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Managment experience
  • Incredible team leadership and mentoring apilities
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation & safety regulations
  • Good time managment
  • Incredible communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem solving skills 
  • Serve Safe Certification prefered
