Job Description

Job Brief: Downtown by Beer Tree is hiring for a key holder who will be responsible for opening and closing the business based on direction from Beer Tree’s Management team. Their duties include insuring opening and closing duties are performed properly and supervise employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.


· Open/Close resturant

· Develop good customer relationships

· Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes

· Smooth out problems within the workplace

· Address employee and customer concerns

· Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement

· Liaise between managers, customers and employees

Skills Required:

· Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively

· Strong leadership and initiative

· Excellent delegator and mediator

· People person, able to provide excellent customer service

· Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent time management

· Responsible, goal oriented and organized

· Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges 

· Strong attention to detail and able to multitask

· Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
