Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking a highly enthusiastic and team-oriented Speech-Language Pathologist. Our primary goal is to make a difference in the lives of our patients. This Speech Therapy position is in the post-acute/SNF setting.

Your Responsibilities:
- Screen & evaluate patients; working to develop initial and ongoing treatment plan of care
- Work with patients to optimize speech and swallowing function while being willing to learn new ideas & approaches to care
- Thorough documentation; timeliness and accuracy is key
- Educate patients & staff
- Collaborate as an integral part of the care team
- Understand how we partner with facilities, nursing, and other staff for the benefit of the patients
The Requirements:
- Must maintain a valid state license; Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of Speech-Language Pathology
- Proficient in clinical documentation using Net Health/Optima or similar software
- All healthcare workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption/submit to regular testing per the CDPH order.
Education:
- Graduate of a Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) accredited school of Speech Therapy
Your Certificates/Licenses:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language-Pathologists (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s (ASHA) certification
- Valid Speech Therapist CA state license
