Requirements:

Experience: 3+ Years in Corporate  or any MNC

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Java Developer or Technical Manager in a corporate environment.

Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience in working on real-time projects and the ability to translate this experience into practical training.

Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate experience and a passion for mentoring.
