Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Foreman to join our team. The Site Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Crew Coordination: Lead and supervise construction crews, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all projects.
  • Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols to protect the well-being of the crew and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials and equipment on-site.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction projects.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report on financial progress to the management team.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train junior staff, promoting skill development and career growth.
  • Long-Term Growth: Contribute to the company's growth and success by actively participating in its long-term vision and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in general contracting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in foundation work, fence installation, roofing, eavestrough and gutter installation, and siding.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
  • Dedication to contributing to the long-term success and growth of the company.
