Axiomatic_AI's mission: 
Axiomatic_AI is launching with the aim to accelerate R&D by "Automated Interpretable Reasoning" (AIR) -- a verifiably truthful AI model built for reasoning in science and engineering. Axiomatic_AI is hiring top talent interested in a future of human reasoning aided by -- not replaced by -- AI, and a future that empowers a new generation of innovators to solve important problems through deep-tech engineering in the semiconductor ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with machine learning experts and customers in the semiconductor industry to develop Automated Interpretable Reasoning engine
-Test methodologies to automate design and measurement workflows
-Collaborate with partners to develop selected aspects of the product


Qualifications:
-M.S. or Ph.D. (or equivalent) in electrical engineering, applied physics, or a related discipline
-Expert knowledge in the simulation, design, layout, and testing of integrated photonic circuits 
-Experienced with the design-fab-test cycles using photonic foundries 
-Expertise in designing high-performance, low-power photonic devices for various applications
-Experience in machine learning methods 
-Proficiency in optical simulation software, such as Ansys Lumerical, COMSOL, or similar, and programming in Python
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
