VP of Product Management / Chief Product Officer Part-time Equity Cofounder | Remote | Live Autheo Mainnet | THEO in public markets Job code: LA364

Shape the Future of Blockchain—Bringing Business On-Chain

We're offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder.

ABOUT AUTHEO

Autheo is a Layer-0 Internet Operating System with an integrated EVM-compatible, IBC-connected Layer-1, built to coordinate and unify Web2, Web3, AI agents, applications, infrastructure, and decentralized networks as one interoperable system. Incubated by Launch Legends and stewarded with the Autheo Foundation, Autheo is designed to make the underlying complexity of chains, networks, and infrastructure increasingly invisible to users and developers.

THEO is Autheo's native utility token, not a governance token. Autheo is not a DAO.

Public position as of September 2026:

• Mainnet live and CertiK-audited; testnet and validator infrastructure also reviewed by Halborn • Public network history of 2.2M+ wallets, 1.2M+ smart contracts, and 10M+ transactions • 100+ equity cofounders and contributors across 25+ countries • Fixed 399-validator architecture across Core, Prime, and Sovereign nodes; majority of Sovereign slots subscribed • THEO live on Hydrex on Base, supported by market maker Enflux, and Uniswap v3 on Robinhood Chain • Live today: staking, transaction fees, and DevHub • Rolling out on mainnet: Autheo ID, Marketplace compute and storage, THEO AI, and post-quantum security

ROLE: VP of Product Management / Chief Product Officer

Autheo is seeking an experienced product leader to serve as VP of Product Management / Chief Product Officer. This is a high-ownership equity cofounder role responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the product vision for Autheo's Layer-0 Operating System and integrated Layer-1 blockchain - the coordination layer that unifies identity, compute, storage, developer tooling, and AI.

Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026 (Chain ID 2127). Staking and transaction fees settle on-chain today. DevHub is open to builders. THEO is trading on Hydrex (Base) and Uniswap v3 (Robinhood Chain). Autheo ID, decentralized compute and storage through the Autheo Marketplace, THEO AI, and post-quantum primitives are rolling onto the live network.

You will own product strategy and the prioritized roadmap across DevHub, staking and THEO utility surfaces, Autheo ID, PQCNet security primitives, THEO AI, Marketplace compute and storage, and the broader developer and enterprise experience. The work is sequencing what ships next on a live chain, making DevHub the place developers actually start, and turning THEO utility into something users complete inside the product.

You will work closely with the Managing Directors, Chief Engineering Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Research, Design, Marketing, Ecosystem, and Global Channels teams to turn the Living OS into clear product priorities, shipped launches, and measurable adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and run a single prioritized roadmap across the live stack: Layer-1 / wallet and staking UX, DevHub, Autheo ID, Marketplace compute and storage, THEO AI, PQC surfaces, and the enterprise / partner experience • Translate architecture (EVM + Cosmos/IBC, licensed validators, post-quantum roadmap, agentic tooling) into products a developer or enterprise buyer can complete in one sitting • Treat THEO as a product surface, not only a token page: staking flows, fee UX, future metered Marketplace spend, node-holder experience, and the path from "I bought THEO" to "I used Autheo" • Drive 0-to-1 for surfaces still rolling out (Autheo ID, Marketplace, THEO AI) and scale what is already live (DevHub, staking, explorer/RPC developer path) • Install a product operating system inside a 100+ person distributed cofounder network: decision rights, intake, kill criteria, launch checklists, and a written source of truth the MDs, CEngO, CTO, Security, DevRel, and GTM can all read • Partner daily with Engineering, Security, Design, Research, DevRel, Marketing, Foundation, and Channels. Product does not announce what Engineering cannot ship • Own go-to-market readiness for each major surface: positioning, docs, in-product empty states, launch sequencing with Comms, and a post-launch adoption plan • Sit with developers, validators, node holders, partners, and early enterprise users. Turn that into roadmap changes, not a research archive • Define and instrument product KPIs: DevHub activation and retention, time-to-first-deployment, staking participation, THEO utility actions, Marketplace intent, docs-to-success, NPS / qualitative signal • Represent product externally when it helps: technical rooms, partner reviews, industry events

First 90-Day Focus Areas

• A written product audit of what is live vs. rolling out, with an explicit stop / continue / start list • One prioritized 2-quarter roadmap the MDs, CEngO, and CTO will stand behind - including what will not ship • A product operating cadence (weekly intake, monthly review, launch checklist) that other functions actually use • Instrumentation plan for DevHub and the staking / token utility path • One high-leverage surface taken from "exists" to "a developer can finish the job unassisted" (likely DevHub or staking/THEO utility)

Requirements - Must Have

• 10+ years in product, including years as the person who owned a platform roadmap - not only feature PM work. 10-20+ is the band; shipped platforms weigh more than years-in-seat • Technical product management on complex platforms: infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, security, blockchain, or AI systems. You can sit with architecture leads without becoming a spectator • Proof you took a product from 0-to-1 and, separately, proof you scaled something already in market. Autheo now needs both in the same quarter • Experience after a public launch or TGE is a real advantage. Pre-product vision work is not the job anymore • You have installed a product operating model in a messy org (startup, protocol team, or multi-product platform) and left behind decision rights, not heroics • Excellent communication skills - able to explain IBC, staking, and a DevHub onboarding funnel to a board and to a Solidity developer in the same week • Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, equity-cofounder, globally distributed team culture. Part-time does not mean advisory-only

Nice to Have

• Direct time on an L0/L1, developer platform, decentralized identity, DePIN marketplace, or post-quantum / high-assurance security product • Background in go-to-market strategy for technical or infrastructure products • Prior experience building or scaling a PM / design / technical-product bench, not only operating as a single player • Public-facing experience (speaking, writing, or representing product vision externally)

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity.

• Equity in Launch Legends and Autheo • THEO token allocation. THEO is already trading; this is an allocation in a live utility token, not a promise against a future TGE • Allocation in the WFO Creator Network where applicable • Path to salaried compensation as additional financing lands. An initial financing round already supported infrastructure and go-to-market; further VC and crypto investor conversations are active • Remote-first. Direct line to the Managing Directors. Authority over product priority, including the decisions on what will not ship

How to Apply

Apply through this listing (LA364). In addition to a resume or LinkedIn, include:

• Two shipped products: one 0-to-1, one already-in-market that you then scaled. What you owned, what moved, what you would not do again • A one-page (or equivalent) view of Autheo's product problem as it exists in September 2026 - Mainnet and THEO live, Marketplace layers still rolling out. What you would prioritize in two quarters, and what you would cut • How you have run product in a distributed or cofounder-heavy org. Decision rights matter more than process theater

Let's build the future—together.
