We are offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends as a part-time equity co-founder. Founded nearly four years ago, Launch Legends is pioneering the merging of Web3 blockchain technology with the next major wave of Web2 integration, bringing businesses on-chain with sophisticated Enterprise, DePIN, and DeFi organizations and projects.
This role places you at the heart of innovation, driving the development of Autheo, our cutting-edge blockchain ecosystem, which extends beyond a Layer-1 blockchain to include decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces. Autheo is designed for enterprise adoption, Web3 integration, and scalable decentralized solutions, enabling businesses and developers to seamlessly transition into the next generation of the digital economy.

Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.
About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo (autheo.com): Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
- WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network "Built on Autheo" to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.
- Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivised testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.
POSITION TITLE: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer – Layer 1 Blockchain
Launch Legends is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and ecosystem. This role is crucial in developing automated testing frameworks, validating smart contracts, and implementing regression testing for dApps, SDKs, and APIs. You will work closely with blockchain engineers and developers to build a robust testing infrastructure that ensures smooth deployment and operation of decentralized applications.
Responsibilities:
- Test Automation & Framework Development
- Develop and maintain automated testing suites for smart contracts, SDKs, APIs, and microservices.
- Implement end-to-end regression testing across blockchain components.
- Build custom testing tools using Python, Go, or Rust to optimize workflows.
- Blockchain Performance & Security Testing
- Perform load testing to analyze blockchain scalability under high transaction volumes.
- Conduct security testing & audits to prevent vulnerabilities in smart contracts and transactions.
- Develop fuzz testing and penetration testing tools to detect exploits in the blockchain stack.
- Workflow Automation & CI/CD Integration
- Design automated testing frameworks that integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement testing processes for blockchain protocol upgrades and chain forks.
- Automate validator & decentralized cloud testing workflows.
- Decentralized Systems & SDK Testing
- Validate Decentralized Identity (DID) and Decentralized Cloud Storage functionalities.
- Test Web3 integrations, full-stack SDK frameworks, and Layer-2 extensions.
- Work closely with developers to debug blockchain transaction errors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software QA automation, with a focus on blockchain/Web3 preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for writing custom testing tools & scripts.
- Strong experience in API testing, SDK validation, and smart contract audits.
- Knowledge of blockchain security risks, including reentrancy attacks, MEV, and Sybil resistance.
- Experience with performance testing tools and real-time monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Web3 security frameworks.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a globally distributed team.
