Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Role:  Senior Product Designer (Web3 / Fintech)

Part-time, equity-based cofounder role. Autheo is building a groundbreaking blockchain platform capable of billions of transactions per second (TPS), with seamless Web3/Web2 integration and a vibrant community. As part of our growing design team, you'll help build a world-class group focused on creating intuitive, secure, and scalable experiences in the Web3/Fintech space. You'll own the design of complex user flows, ensuring our products foster trust, usability, and innovation in decentralized finance and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design Ownership:
   • Own end-to-end product design across complex user flows (wallets, dashboards, onboarding, transactions).
   • Translate product and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable UX solutions.
   • Create high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and interaction specs aligned with design systems.
2. Collaboration and Execution:
   • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership on roadmap execution.
   • Work with the design team to ensure cohesive, high-quality outputs that support Autheo's growth.
3. User Research and Application:
   • Conduct and apply user research with a strong focus on usability, trust, and clarity.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in Web3, fintech, or complex SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain concepts, financial UX, or security-driven products.
• Proven ability to design for scale, edge cases, and real-world constraints.
• Expert in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Strong product thinking and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience building or contributing to design systems in fast-paced tech environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating Web3/Fintech projects with measurable impact on user adoption.

Soft Skills:

• Collaborative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Passion for Web3 innovation and user-centric design.

Deliverables (90 Days)

• Audit and redesign one key user flow (e.g., wallet onboarding) to improve usability and trust metrics by 20%.
• Establish initial updates to Autheo's design system, incorporating Web3-specific components for scalability.
• Conduct 5+ user research sessions and apply insights to prototype 2-3 high-priority features.
• Collaborate on roadmap alignment, delivering high-fidelity prototypes for at least one upcoming release.
• Contribute to building the design team's processes, including documentation and cross-functional workflows.
