Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

ROLE: Senior Platform Graph Database Engineer

About the Role 
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Graph Database Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo, we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation, delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds, billions of transactions per second throughput, and mathematically proven security against adversaries.

You will own the planetary-scale encrypted graph database layer that powers relationship-rich workloads — DeFi composability graphs, sovereign identity, KAG knowledge graphs, agentic AI memory, and cross-chain dependency tracking — delivering 0.4 μs encrypted traversals at 1 B+ TPS with full FHE and zk-proof guarantees across 10,000+ DePIN shards.

Key Responsibilities
• Design production graph schemas hitting 0.4 μs encrypted query latency at 1 B+ TPS  
• Build DAG-backed storage model eliminating redundancy and enabling topological proofs  
• Embed CKKS/BFV fully homomorphic encryption for compute on encrypted nodes and edges  
• Implement zk-proof graph queries returning 1–5 ms validity proofs for any traversal  
• Deploy dynamic sharding distributing nodes/edges across 10,000+ global shards  
• Integrate SGX / TrustZone enclaves for 1 TB-scale encrypted graph processing with remote attestation  
• Ship 80 % graph compression while preserving post-quantum security  
• Deliver zero-config graph SDKs (Rust/Go/TypeScript) for dApps and rollups  
• Drive GPU-accelerated parallel traversal and AI-driven query plan optimization  

Research, Innovation & Thought Leadership
• Publish encrypted graph and zk-graph breakthroughs at SIGMOD, VLDB, ICDE, SOSP  
• Keynote at GraphCon 2026 and Devcon on “0.4 μs Encrypted Graph at Planetary Scale”

Requirements – Must Have 
• 8+ years building production graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB, TigerGraph, JanusGraph, Dgraph)  
• Multiple deployments achieving ≥100 M QPS graph workloads  
• Hands-on FHE or zk-proof integration into graph engines  
• Deep expertise in graph partitioning, indexing, sharding, and attestation  
• Proven exabyte-scale graph durability and consistency systems  

Nice to Have  
• Core contributor to Neo4j, ArangoDB, or open-source graph projects  
• First-author papers at top database or systems venues  
• Patents in encrypted graphs, zk-graph proofs, or graph sharding
