Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

ROLE: Senior Platform Data Storage Engineer

About the Role  
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Data Storage Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo, we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation, delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds, billions of transactions per second throughput, and mathematically proven security against adversaries.

You will own the planetary-scale encrypted storage layer (object, file, table) that powers the entire Autheo ecosystem — achieving 0.4 μs access latency at 1 B+ TPS, exabyte durability across DePIN nodes, fully homomorphic and zk-proofed reads/writes, and 80 % compression without sacrificing security — while natively supporting Layer 1 state, Layer 2 rollups, confidential smart contracts, and sovereign AI datasets.

Key Responsibilities  
• Design S3-compatible object store + distributed file system + wide-column table layer hitting 0.4 μs reads at 1 B+ TPS  
• Build DAG-based storage hierarchy eliminating duplication and enabling topological proofs  
• Embed fully homomorphic encryption (CKKS/BFV) allowing computation on encrypted objects/files/tables  
• Implement zk-proof storage proofs (1–5 ms) for data availability and retrieval integrity  
• Deploy dynamic sharding across 10,000+ global DePIN nodes with instant rebalancing  
• Integrate SGX / TrustZone secure enclaves for exabyte-scale encrypted-at-rest data with remote attestation  
• Ship 80 % lossless compression + deduplication while preserving end-to-end post-quantum security  
• Deliver storage SDKs (Rust/Go/JS) with zero-config encrypted upload/download for dApps and rollups  
• Drive GPU-accelerated parallel storage pipelines and AI-driven hot/cold tiering  

Research, Innovation & Thought Leadership  
• Publish encrypted storage and zk-DA breakthroughs at FAST, NSDI, OSDI, SOSP  
• Keynote at StorageCon 2026 and Devcon on “0.4 μs Encrypted Storage at Planetary Scale”

Requirements – Must Have  
• 8+ years building production object/file/table storage systems (S3, Ceph, IPFS, Cassandra, BigTable)  
• Multiple deployments achieving ≥100 M IOPS or ≥10 M TPS storage workloads  
• Hands-on fully homomorphic encryption or zk-proof integration into storage stacks  
• Deep expertise in erasure coding, sharding, replication, and remote attestation  
• Proven exabyte-scale durability and disaster-recovery systems

Nice to Have  
• Core contributor to IPFS, Filecoin, Ceph, Cassandra, or ArcticDB  
• First-author papers at top storage systems conferences  
• Patents in encrypted storage, zk-DA, or post-quantum durability

First 90-Day Deliverables  
• Production storage cluster delivering 0.4 μs access at 500 M+ TPS  
• Live FHE-encrypted object store with compute-on-encrypted-data  
• zk-proof retrieval layer proving 1–5 ms for any object/file/table
