Founded nearly four years ago, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.
Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure thast includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a Full-stack development enveronment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.
Role: Senior People Operations Manager (Part-Time, Equity)
We’re seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to own and evolve our people systems as we scale. This is a part-time, fully remote role where you’ll join as an equity-holding co-founder—operating with high ownership and helping shape the culture, processes, and growth of our high-trust, high-autonomy global team of co-founders and contributors.
**What You’ll Do**
- Own end-to-end people operations: seamless onboarding, ongoing engagement, regular performance check-ins, and thoughtful offboarding.
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for all people-related questions, policy guidance, contract clarity, and sensitive issues.
- Facilitate feedback cycles, performance conversations, and conflict resolution with empathy, neutrality, and discretion.
- Maintain impeccable documentation—contracts, records, policies—and track key people metrics to spot risks early.
- Ensure fair, consistent application of processes across time zones, regions, and engagement models.
- Partner closely with leadership to keep people operations tightly aligned with our product delivery and growth goals.
- Continuously improve our async-first systems to support a calm, productive, and inclusive culture.
**Who You Are**
- 4–7+ years in People Ops, HR Operations, or People & Culture roles (startup or web3 experience a strong plus).
- Proven experience supporting remote, globally distributed teams, including co-founders and contributors.
- Deep understanding of diverse engagement models and boundaries (including equity co-founders and independent contributors).
- Exceptionally organized with relentless follow-through on details and deadlines.
- Calm under pressure and skilled at handling sensitive matters with discretion and care.
- Clear, practical communicator—comfortable in async environments and across time zones.
- Passionate about building systems that scale humanely in fast-moving, innovative teams.
