Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Role: Senior Motion Designer (Web3 / Fintech) 

Part-time, equity-based cofounder role. Autheo is building a groundbreaking blockchain platform capable of billions of transactions per second (TPS), with seamless Web3/Web2 integration and a vibrant community. As part of our growing design team, you'll help build a world-class group focused on using motion to simplify complex concepts, enhancing user experiences and brand storytelling in the Web3/Fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Asset Creation:
   • Create motion assets for product interactions, marketing videos, and brand storytelling.
   • Design animations that explain complex Web3/financial concepts simply and elegantly.
2. Collaboration and Principles:
   • Collaborate with product and marketing to enhance user experience through motion.
   • Define and maintain motion principles aligned with the brand.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of motion design experience in tech or product-led environments.
• Strong skills in After Effects (and related tools).
• Experience creating both marketing and UI-driven motion.
• Ability to balance creativity with clarity and performance constraints.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Web3 or fintech products is a strong plus.
• Experience integrating motion into Web3 interfaces or campaigns.

Soft Skills:

• Innovative and detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for Web3 trends and storytelling through animation.

Deliverables (90 Days)

• Develop 5+ motion assets for key product interactions, such as transaction flows or dashboard animations.
• Create 2-3 marketing videos explaining Autheo features like Layer-0 sovereignty or THEO AI.
• Define Autheo's motion design principles and integrate them into the brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on one campaign launch, delivering animations that boost engagement by 15%.
• Optimize existing assets for performance, ensuring compatibility with Web3 constraints.
