Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Role:  Senior Graphic / Brand Designer (Web3 / Fintech)

Part-time, equity-based cofounder role. Autheo is building a groundbreaking blockchain platform capable of billions of transactions per second (TPS), with seamless Web3/Web2 integration and a vibrant community. As part of our growing design team, you'll help build a world-class group focused on creating compelling visuals that communicate complex Web3 concepts clearly and consistently across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand and Visual Execution:
   • Lead visual and brand execution across marketing, product surfaces, and campaigns.
   • Design high-impact assets for web, social, launch campaigns, and investor materials.
   • Maintain and evolve Autheo’s brand identity with consistency and clarity.
2. Collaboration and Storytelling:
   • Collaborate with product and motion teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
   • Translate abstract Web3 concepts into clear, compelling visuals.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in brand or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in tech, fintech, or Web3.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout systems.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Excellent taste and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with Web3 branding, including NFTs, DAOs, or decentralized projects.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite alongside Figma.

Soft Skills:

• Creative and adaptive, with strong communication for cross-team alignment.
• Passion for translating tech concepts into accessible visuals.

Deliverables (90 Days)

• Refresh Autheo's brand guidelines, incorporating Web3-specific visual elements for consistency.
• Design 10+ high-impact assets for upcoming marketing campaigns, including social graphics and investor decks.
• Collaborate on 2-3 product surface updates to align with evolved brand identity.
• Develop a visual storytelling framework for explaining key Web3 features like DePIN and THEO AI.
• Conduct an internal brand audit and propose iterations based on feedback from 5+ team sessions.
