Future Compensation Plans

Initially, this role is compensated through successful TGE is equity with token allocations. However, our comprehensive tokenomics model includes structured token allocations for co-founders upon completion of key milestones. Following the anticipated public token sale in January, we plan to introduce salaries alongside equity and token rewards.

THE ROLE: PRODUCT MANAGER - INDIVIDUAL GROWTH FOR WB3 CREATOR SOCIALFI PLATFORM

We are seeking a dynamic Web3 Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions that drive individual growth and engagement within the SocialFi space. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that leverage Web3 technologies, fostering community engagement, and enhancing user experiences through gamification and decentralized features. As the key driver of feature innovation and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll work closely with UX/UI designers, blockchain developers, and marketing teams to deliver compelling user experiences. If you are passionate about Web3, user-driven growth, and gamification, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that leverages Web3 technologies to expand the SocialFi audience and drive individual growth.
• Analyze market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions and stay ahead of industry developments.

2. Community Engagement:

• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to design initiatives that drive user engagement, growth, and retention within the SocialFi space.
• Build and foster relationships with key influencers, community leaders, and partners to increase user adoption and product visibility.

3. Feature Innovation:

• Identify, prioritize, and oversee the development of new features that utilize Web3 capabilities, with a specific focus on enhancing user engagement through gamification and decentralized experiences.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, gamified user interfaces that improve user engagement and satisfaction.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and iterative improvements, maintaining alignment with broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with blockchain developers to seamlessly integrate decentralized features and gamification mechanics into the platform.

5. Performance Monitoring:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives on user growth and engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and refine strategies for maximum impact.

6. User Feedback:

• Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, user testing, and research to continuously improve the product and align it with user needs.
• Conduct user testing to validate product concepts, designs, and gamification elements, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; experience with Web3, blockchain, or SocialFi products is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Web3, decentralized technologies, or user engagement products.
• Experience in gamification design and implementation, with a track record of improving user engagement through innovative mechanics.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, SocialFi ecosystems, and decentralized features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage performance metrics to drive product improvements.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and working knowledge of UX/UI best practices.

This role is pivotal in driving the growth of individual users in the SocialFi space by leveraging Web3 technology and enhancing user engagement through gamification and community-driven strategies.

Compensation:

• Equity and Token-based compensation as a part-time co-founder
• Ample Token allocations in the Autheo Layer-1 Blockchain
• After successful token sale (anticipated by January), salary will be there.
