ROLE: PRODUCT LEAD—GO WFO COMMUNITY NETWORK
The Product Lead for the GO WFO Community Network will shape and drive the product vision, focusing on community growth and enhancing the main website's user experience. This role collaborates with various teams, engages directly with the community, and utilizes analytics and user research to optimize the platform, ensuring alignment with WFO's overarching vision and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for the GO WFO Community Network. Act as the driving force behind our product roadmap.
2. User Persona Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of user personas and customer segments to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations.
3. Product Functionality and Features: Define and prioritize product functionality, features, and specifications based on user insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
4. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. Drive product development through agile methodologies, working closely with development teams on sprints.
5. Innovation and Disruption: Continuously explore innovative solutions and disruptive features that will differentiate our community network and enhance user engagement.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions, track product performance, and iteratively improve product features and user experiences.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Content, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development to align product initiatives with broader organizational goals.
8. Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to drive revenue growth through the community network, including monetization opportunities and premium services.
9. Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors by conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis.
10. Performance Monitoring and KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the community network, ensuring that goals related to user acquisition, conversion, and retention are met.
11. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the product team.
12. Brand and User Experience: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all community network touchpoints, with a relentless focus on elevating the user experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven track record of successful product management in senior roles, with a strong emphasis on community platforms and demonstrated expertise in driving community growth strategies.
· Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data, extract meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Extensive experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to align product initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
· A deep understanding of user-centric design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing.
· Proficiency in using analytics tools to derive insights from community metrics, user behavior, and market trends.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate a compelling product vision to stakeholders at all levels.
