Founded nearly four years ago, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.
Our flagship project, Autheo, is more than just a Layer-1 blockchain. It is a fullstack ecosystem that includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

Compensation & Growth Path
This is an equity-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 5 months, following our next round of funding and validator node sales.
We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.
ROLE: PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking a People Operations Manager with experience working in HR or a similar field. The ideal candidate is organized and proactive, with the ability to execute tasks and programs independently. You will help us find efficiencies, drive our culture, establish company-wide People programs and processes, as well as managing HR systems and tools. Our People Operatiosn Manager will work as a trusted thought partner with leadership to design and implement strategies, policies, and programs that ensure everyone at Launch Legends can do their best work.
Responsibilities
Create efficient, automated, and scalable processes, including proposing new or improved procedures, guidelines, tools and systems to support the organization's needs
Continuously fine-tune programs and policies through feedback, metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analyses
Coordinate, communicate, gather feedback, and report on People operational activities
Develop/improve company onboarding procedures and managing the onboarding process for new employees
Act as administrator for HR tools, including managing employee data
Own compliance adherence and tracking within our people policies and procedures, in partnership with key stakeholders and teams
Develop training programs and roll out to relevant teams
Drive culture-related initiatives to create a cohesive international organization
Requirements
5+ years experience in a combination of People (HR, Operations, Compensation) and non-People roles (consulting, finance, high-caliber tech operations)
Knowledge of various People systems
Knowledge of basic HR management practices and procedures
Strong working knowledge of global compliance rules and regulations
Strong analytical skills
Strategic Project Management and Problem Solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive and operates with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
