PRODUCT/SERVICES INFORMATION:

As a Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales executives and driving transactions within your assigned region. You will have the opportunity to promote and sell our cutting-edge Abound Cloud platform, empowering local businesses to dominate their markets. Our AI-powered all-in-one marketing and sales platform equips businesses with innovative tools and features to optimize their marketing, lead generation, and sales processes. With Abound Cloud, businesses can enhance their online presence through optimization and engaging content creation. 

Our lead funnel design and setup enable effective lead generation and customer database building. Communication channels such as SMS, email, and voice services facilitate personalized customer engagement.  The platform also offers flexible and cost-effective VOIP lines, with the option to add more lines as needed. We provide engaging blog content, GMB setup and optimization, social posting services, and effective email and SMS campaigns to drive results and enhance online reputation. Our "Near Me" technology captures nearby customers' attention, driving foot traffic to business locations. Clients will have access to the full suite of Abound software tools, including the VOIP phone system, marketing automation, CRM, lead generation forms, project management tools, team training knowledge base, and collaboration features. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives in the assigned market to achieve sales targets and company objectives. 
  • Promote and sell our suite of cloud services to local businesses, providing them with innovative solutions for their success. 
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding sales executives, ensuring the team is equipped to drive revenue growth. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the market and drive recurring revenue growth. 
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to sales executives to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team targets. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. 
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. 
  • Support customer onboarding and maintain high-quality customer services for long-term success of recurring revenues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Market Manager in the technology or cloud services industry. 
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.  
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively negotiate and close deals. 
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 
  • Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. 
  • Knowledge of cloud services and familiarity with related technologies is a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
