About Autheo
With nearly 100 equity cofounders from leading companies and institutions—many with advanced degrees and PhDs—Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.
Autheo Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026. Staking and transaction fees are operating on-chain. DevHub is available to builders. Sovereign identity (TheoID), decentralized compute and persistent storage through the Autheo Marketplace, AI inference (THEO AI), and post-quantum cryptography are rolling out on Mainnet.
THEO is live. This is not a pre-market role.
As of October 2, 2026, THEO trades on four Autheo-verified markets across two chains and one centralized exchange, with Enflux supporting liquidity across the venues:
- THEO/USDT on MEXC — first centralized order book, opened October 1, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. MEXC serves more than 40 million users across more than 170 countries and regions. Deposits are accepted on Autheo Mainnet (native THEO). Withdrawals opened October 2, 2026 at 13:00 UTC.
- THEO/USDC on Hydrex (Base) — live since August 20, 2026. Official Base contract: 0xebE516a20238F79dc20b07eaD6768e08891Ed309
- THEO/USDG on Uniswap v3 (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 10, 2026
- THEO/NVDA on Uniswap (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 24, 2026, pairing THEO with a Robinhood Stock Token. Official Robinhood Chain contract: 0x3dc751e0da01812e6d9143cc696e7f07ea94da48

Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales, or funding.
ROLE: Head of Markets / DEX GM — Autheo Spot & Perpetual Venue | Infrastructure, RWA & Agent Derivatives
About the Role
Autheo is recruiting the person who will own the exchange, not the listings.
THEO already trades. Hydrex, Uniswap on Robinhood Chain, and MEXC are live. Enflux is already the liquidity partner across those venues. A separate seat, VP of Exchanges & Token Markets, owns CEX/DEX listing relationships for the THEO coin. This role is different.
You will design and ship Autheo’s own spot and perpetual venue: a CEX-grade order book for crypto, and the first serious derivatives books on infrastructure, real-world assets, and agents. The comparable set is dYdX, Hyperliquid, and Lighter on execution. The product is not a copy of those books. Those venues own crypto perps, and increasingly TradFi. Autheo’s wedge is markets whose underlyings are things the network already meters: compute, storage, bandwidth, validator capacity, tokenized real-world assets, and agent credits and SLAs, settled on Autheo with TheoID as the identity of the trader, human or agent.
This is the Jeff Yan seat. You own the venue as a product and a P&L: architecture choice, listing policy, fee schedule, maker program, insurance fund, and whether v1 is a validator-run matcher on the Cosmos stack, an off-chain matcher with proofs settling on the Autheo EVM, or a native CLOB. You hire the Head of Trading Systems and the Head of Risk & Oracles. If you cannot recruit those two, you are not the right hire.
You will work with leadership, engineering, legal, treasury, and the existing exchange-relations seat. You will not rebuild the MEXC or Hydrex listing. You will decide what Autheo lists on its own book, and ship it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Autheo spot + perpetual venue from spec to mainnet: product, market structure, and operating P&L
- Choose and defend the v1 architecture against Autheo L1: validator-run matching on the Cosmos stack, off-chain matcher with zk proofs and EVM settlement, or native CLOB. A builder-deployed market on someone else’s engine is a go-to-market tactic, not the product
- Define the v1 market set: THEO spot, two to three crypto perps, one infrastructure future (compute-unit or storage-unit), one RWA, one agent-credit or agent-SLA market. Name the oracle for each before it lists
- Set listing policy, fee schedule, maker rebates, funding, margin, liquidation, insurance fund, and ADL rules that survive a crash day
- Design market structure for non-price underlyings: infra utilization, RWA NAV, agent performance. Crypto-only risk design is not enough
- Recruit and lead the first two specialist seats: Head of Trading Systems (matching, latency, cancel/replace) and Head of Risk, Clearing & Oracles
- Stand up the market-maker program for the venue. Enflux already supports THEO across MEXC, Hydrex, and Robinhood Chain; the venue needs a desk network and a ruleset they will quote
- Coordinate with Markets Counsel on what cannot be listed into the US without a wrapper, and with the VP of Exchanges on what stays a THEO listing versus what belongs on the Autheo book
- Publish the risk paper: margin, funding, liquidation, oracle manipulation, insurance fund
- Report venue milestones to leadership: architecture decision, market list, MM term sheet, testnet book, mainnet criteria
Requirements — Must Have
- Shipped a live order-book or hybrid spot+perp venue with real open interest, not a pitch deck and not an AMM
- Can defend matching, latency, cancel/replace, funding, and liquidation failure modes in a working session
- Designed or operated margin, insurance fund, and oracle policy under stress, not only in a document
- Can specify an oracle and a liquidation rule for at least one non-crypto underlying (infra meter, RWA, or agent SLA)
- Will own the venue before salary normalizes, and can recruit the trading-systems and risk seats
- Exceptional written judgment. The first deliverable is a spec, not a slogan
Nice to Have
- Time at Hyperliquid, Lighter, dYdX, Injective, Sei, Osmosis, or a Jump / Wintermute / HRT / Citadel crypto desk
- Experience listing a non-crypto underlying with a defensible oracle (Ostium, trade.xyz, Ondo-adjacent perps, or equivalent)
- Comfort with Cosmos SDK custom modules, EVM settlement, or zk-proven matching
- Familiarity with agent identity, DID, or post-quantum key material as a trading primitive
- Regulatory judgment on RWA perps and US persons. Fractional Markets Counsel can cover the rest
Auto-reject
- Ran listings at a CEX and has not designed a venue
- Built an AMM or a swap aggregator and is calling it an exchange
- BD for a perp front-end, with no book, no risk, no oracle
- Tokenomics advisor with no shipped market
First 90-Day Deliverables
- Architecture decision memo: validator-run matching, zk-proven off-chain matcher, or native CLOB, with the reason the other two lost
- v1 market list with an oracle source for every non-crypto underlying
- Risk paper: margin, funding, liquidation, ADL, insurance fund, oracle manipulation
- Market-maker term sheet and listing policy
- Named candidates, or signed seats, for Head of Trading Systems and Head of Risk & Oracles
- Testnet book criteria and the mainnet gate. No date without a gate
About Our Organization
Autheo is building the Internet operating system: a decentralized coordination layer for the Web, blockchain, and AI agents. The platform uses W3C Decentralized Identifiers as its native identity framework and is anchored by a post-quantum communications and identity roadmap on NIST-standardized cryptography. Operating alongside a sovereign Cosmos-based Layer-0 and an EVM-compatible Layer-1, Autheo is designed so applications, infrastructure, and agents settle in one system rather than five vendor stacks.
The economic layer is no longer a plan. THEO trades on MEXC, on Hydrex on Base, and on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. Mainnet has been live since May. The next market is the one Autheo runs itself.
WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS?
- The coin is already listed. MEXC opened October 1, 2026. Hydrex and Robinhood Chain were already live. You are not hiring into a pre-TGE narrative.
- The venue does not exist yet. Crypto perps are crowded. Infrastructure, RWA, and agent derivatives on a network that meters compute, storage, and identity are not.
- Real infrastructure, not a wrapper. Layer-0 OS, Layer-1, DevHub, TheoID, Marketplace, and THEO AI are the substrate. The book sits on them.
- Equity cofounder, not a contractor seat. You join the same model as the rest of the collective: equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, plus THEO allocation, with salary expected to follow node, token, or funding milestones.
If you have shipped a book, can name the oracle for a compute future, and can hire the two people who will build matching and risk, we invite you to take the next step.
Let’s build the market—on the network that already runs.
