POSITION DESCRIPTION

Director of Creator Services: Navigating the Creator Marketplace

As the Director of Creator Services, you will be instrumental in launching Abound into the creator marketplace. Your role will focus on understanding the nuances of the creator economy, identifying market opportunities, and leading our strategy to provide unparalleled value to creators through our Growth Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and implement strategies to establish Abound as a leader in the creator market.

· Analyze trends in the creator economy to guide the expansion and enhancement of our Growth Platform.

· Collaborate with creators to understand their needs and adapt our offerings accordingly.

· Lead marketing and promotional campaigns targeting the creator community.

· Drive the development of new tools and services to support creators in content creation, distribution, and monetization.

· Establish partnerships and collaborations within the creator ecosystem to enhance our market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Extensive experience in the creator market, with a deep understanding of content creation, distribution, and monetization.

· Proven track record in developing and executing successful market entry and growth strategies.

· Strong marketing and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and motivate the creator community.

· Innovative thinker with the ability to envision and drive the development of new services and applications for creators.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of building and managing a dedicated team.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
