Job Description:  

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Client Services to lead our client engagement initiatives. Reporting to the leadership team, you will own the client relationship and ensure complete customer satisfaction and strategic alignment. Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead advisor and primary contact for key accounts
• Deeply understand clients’ businesses to develop integrated strategies and marketing campaigns
• Build a team that maintains strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to each client's needs 
• Ensure timely delivery of services and solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Proactively monitor projects and relationships to identify issues early and resolve seamlessly
• Present strategic recommendations on market trends, technologies, and best practices  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and guide them to do conduct client reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
• Champion clients’ needs across the organization to drive results
• Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to enhance service quality

Requirements:   

• 7+ years in strategic account management or client services role  
• Success managing large, complex projects and teams
• Proven experience in a similar role within a sales or marketing agency environment
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Strategic thinker and client advocate with ability to influence at executive levels
• Outstanding relationship building and communication abilities
• Innovative problem-solver able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
