Responsibilities:
-Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating service calls to ensure timely and efficient completion.

-Manage and Mentor a team of HVAC Service Technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and development.

-Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

-Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and assistance with estimating and quoting service projects.

-Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and resource availability.

-Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among team members.

Skills Required:

-Proven HVAC management or a similar leadership role within the HVAC Industry.

-Strong technical knowledge of oil. gas and heat pump HVAC systems.

-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

-Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

-Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems.

-Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
