We’re looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to lead and scale our analytics function. This is a foundational role responsible for delivering clean, accurate, and actionable data that drives decision-making across product, growth, marketing, and operations. What You’ll Do

Own Atom’s Digital Analytics Infrastructure
Set up and maintain our analytics stack, including event tracking, attribution systems, reporting tools, and data pipelines.

Deliver Insights That Drive Action
Analyze user behavior, funnels, and conversion metrics to surface insights that guide product and growth priorities.

Define and Manage Core Metrics
Establish a reliable framework for KPIs like activation, retention, LTV, and CAC—and create dashboards for key stakeholders across the company.

Partner Cross-Functionally to Support Decisions
Collaborate with product, marketing, growth, and ops teams to translate business questions into analyses, support experimentation, and inform strategy.

Lay the Foundation for Scalable Analytics
Recommend the right tools, standards, and documentation practices to help Atom grow into a mature, data-informed organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in digital, product, or growth analytics
   

• Deep experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Looker, BigQuery, SQL, etc.)
   

• Skilled in designing and maintaining event tracking plans and data schemas
   

• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
   

• Experience building dashboards and enabling self-serve analytics for teams
   

• Startup or early-stage experience a plus—you know how to build from zero

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
