We’re looking for an Account Management Specialist to help ensure our sellers and partners are not just onboarded—but activated, supported, and thriving. This role is central to the long-term success of our platform and community.
What You’ll Do
Onboard New Domain Sellers
Guide new sellers through setup, education, and early platform engagement—ensuring a smooth and high-impact start.
Manage and Grow Seller Accounts
Own a portfolio of sellers, providing proactive support, performance insights, and relationship management to drive growth and satisfaction.
Develop Scalable Onboarding and Lifecycle Comms
Build out email flows and digital touchpoints tied to key seller milestones, optimizing for engagement and retention.
Partner with Product and Tech Teams
Act as the voice of the seller—surfacing feedback, collaborating on feature enhancements, and helping shape the platform roadmap.
Onboard and Support Business Partners
Manage the onboarding and success of strategic partners with more complex integration or performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with selling products or software directly to customers online
4–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, partnerships, or seller operations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing digital onboarding journeys and milestone-based communication flows
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
A strategic mindset with strong operational attention to detail
Background in marketplaces, SaaS, or digital platforms is strongly preferred
Bonus Points
Experience supporting domain sellers, registrars, or online marketplaces
Familiarity with CRM tools and lifecycle automation platforms
Passion for naming, branding, and digital entrepreneurship
