Reporting Structure: Reports to Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology department. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
