Key Objectives

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Lead initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve order fulfillment rates.
• Develop and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track performance metrics and generate reports.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain.
• Manage and mentor supply chain team members to foster professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the logistics or education sector.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
