Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure project timelines are met
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality solutions
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably in the Education Management industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
