Key Objectives

• Deliver high-quality, personalized math tutoring sessions to students across various grade levels and skill sets.
• Enhance students’ understanding and confidence in mathematics through clear explanations and effective teaching strategies.
• Support student progress by providing timely feedback and tracking academic improvements.
• Collaborate with the e-learning team to continuously improve instructional materials and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our online platform, adapting to individual student needs.
• Explain complex mathematical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Develop customized lesson plans and practice exercises tailored to each student’s learning goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of sessions and achievements.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide updates and address concerns.
• Stay current with curriculum standards and e-learning best practices to ensure effective instruction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new tutoring resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience tutoring or teaching math at middle school, high school, or college level.
• Strong command of mathematical concepts ranging from basic arithmetic to advanced topics such as algebra, geometry, and calculus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students virtually.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms preferred.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.
